$25
"Mark Leavenworth, Waterbury, Conn.", column
and splat case that once held an Eli Terry Patent
wood works movement. What
we have is a super dial, door
with only one glass and a door
knob. The columns, splat,
movement, and everything else
is missing. I would bet most of
the pieces missing are in this
catalog somewhere. The
mahogany veneered case is 27"
high as it sits. Some missing
veneer and what is there is crusty. Our collector
was in the process of restoring the clock when he
became incapacitated. $25-$50.

$100
"Eli Terry & Sons / Plymouth, Connecticut", pil-
lar and scroll case in the process of restoration.
The clock was made around
1823-1828. The box case is orig-
inal and that includes the door
with two glasses, the door lock,
wood dial, and a complete label
on the backboard. The scroll
splat is not attached to the case,
and is missing chimneys and
returns. Part of the upper section
of the backboard is missing. The
base/feet are new to this case. In addition to a
good amount of case work, veneering, etc you
need a movement, hands, iron bell, and pendu-
lum. Most of those things will be sold elsewhere
in this catalog for there were a goodly amount of
spare parts gathered up in his workshop. $100-
$300.

$25
Pillar & Scroll case, restoration in progress. The
box is an original pillar and scroll case. The top
and feet I stuck on for the pic-
ture. They were the parts he was
milling/finishing to complete
the case. I cannot find the back-
board in the "stuff" we took
from his house. I am sure a dial,
painted glass, and movement,
will be pictured somewhere in
this catalog. Time does not
allow me to work the puzzle.
Both glasses are held in the case with the original
putty. Good luck. $50-$100.
