$75
Miniature "Bracket Clock", 6.5" high wood case, beau-
tifully constructed with 7 finials. Porcelain dial marked,
"Made In Germany", beveled glass in a
brass sash. Backwind and set 1 day
movement is running. This is a
modern reproduction that is
superbly made. Nice little shelf
ornament or gift. $75-$125.

$100
Reproduction of the original Oswald blinking eye
"Magician" clock. It is made of a composition materi-
al, painted to match an original, 1 day
backwind and set movement that is
running. As most folks know, the
eyes rotate to give the time. There are
12 hour marks around the eye. As the
eye turns a mark on the eyeball points
to the hours (left eye) and the minutes
(right eye). An original "Magician"
may sell for several hundred dollars.
$150-$250.

$45
Anniversary clock, 400 day, disc pendulum. It is an
older type, unsigned except for serial number, probably
ca 1910-1915. The metal finish is
dull, never polished, good porce-
lain dial signed only, "Germany".
Typical movement, looks every-
thing like a Gustav Becker move-
ment, but signed only, "Made In
Germany". It is running, comes
with a key and old glass dome.
$50-$100.

$25
Mastercrafter, electric "Merry Go Round". The case
and overall appearance is excellent. The clock was
functioning when we brought it home,
now only the light is burning. The
clock and Merry Go Round are not
going around. I do not tinker with
electric things. $25-$50.

$25
Mystery clock. Signed on the base, "Etalage Reclame
Corp". Gold color on metal frame case. There are four
glasses making up the dial. One glass
has the hour hand glued on it,
another has the minute hand.
Those glasses turn within the
two outside glasses. This clock
was working when we acquire it
but my electricity must not be any
good, for it will not run now. See
NAWCC Bulletin, October
2002, pages 571-576. $25-$50.

$75
Seth Thomas Clock Co. "Long Alarm", ca 1915. Metal
case, bronze finish, 9" high, complete
including the knobs on the back.
Finish is tarnished, lost some of the
finish, but looks fine. Original
signed dial with seconds and alarm
dials, and four original hands. The
movement in this clock is their
"strongest used in an alarm clock",
will ring the alarm 15 minutes with
one winding. The clock is run-
ning and performing properly.
Ly-Seth Thomas, page 51. $100-
$150

$50
Same as #720 except case is light blue/gray. Runs. $50-
$100.

$25
Miniature 400 day clock, 5.5" high with dome in place.
Porcelain dial is signed, "Made In
Germany", plus some other names,
maker I assume. The movement is
also signed, "Western Germany" and
some other names. Like some of the
other little clocks, it was dry and did
not want to run. A spot of oil got it
going. $25-$50.
722.
$25
Lux Clock Co. Plastic case with metal pendulum, imi-
tation weights and metal chains, total is 8.5" high. Bird
bobs and pendulum swings. Signed
on the back and front. It is running.
$25-$50.
726.
$25
Waltham car clock. Excellent porcelain dial, signed,
"Waltham". Correct hands, winding stem,
and mounting bracket. Clock is running.
There is no glass over the dial. $25-$50.
714.
$25
"The Lux Clock Mfg. Co.", small porcelain alarm
clock. Cream colored case is 6.5" tall, has no chips or
breaks. Decorated with some gold
accents and painted flowers.
Backwind movement is signed
by Lux and says it is their
"No.7" model. Came with
#713, runs and stops, needs oil-
ing. $25-$50.
713.
$50
German porcelain dresser clock, ca 1910. Crossed
arrow trademark on the nice dial.
Seconds dial, correct hands,
beveled glass in the brass sash.
Attractive white case, a tinge of
pink and painted flowers. 10" case
has no breaks or chips, just a scuffed
edge or two. Nice case for what it
is. There is evidence of three
missing doodads on top, holes
filled. With some white paint you
would not see the small holes. Runs a while and
stops, has not been oiled in a long time. $50-$100.
718.
$25
German desk clock, pink/orange marble or onyx case,
6" by 5". Back wind, probably one day movement, run-
ning strong. Dial, hands, beveled glass,
and bezel, are all original. There is a
makers trademark on the dial, and
it is signed, "Germany". $25-
$50.
719.
$50
Lux Clock Mfg. Co. "Spinning Wheel" alarm clock.
Excellent original paint on the case, no
wear on the dial, spinning wheel
turns as the movement ticks, and the
alarm function is operable. Case is
5.5" wide, 5" tall. This is probably
the nicest example of this model we
have ever sold. $50-$100.
720.
$50
Tape Measure clock. The top turns, tape lining up with
white pointer to indicate the time. Some loss of the
black paint, and the tape and case
are dirty, but it runs. Signed only,
"Made in U.S.A.". $50-$100.
724.
$25
"The Minneapolis / Tycos", clock, thermometer, and I
suppose was a thermostat. Clean and polished brass
case, very nice if you only use it as a clock
and thermometer. The clock pops off so
you can wind it, with a male key, from the
back. The thermometer also pops off allow-
ing access to the thermostat wires, etc. The
apparatus is 9.5" high and in excellent con-
dition. The clock is not running, but if like
everything else in this collection it needs
some oil. $25-$50.
725.
$25
French desk clock, small wood case. I pictured only the
back of the movement in the case. It is an
8 day, time only movement, run-
ning strong, and signed,
"V.A.P.
/
Brevete
/
S.C.D.G.". The metal back
cover is in front of the
clock on the left. The other
movement is identical, and it
is running, but I pictured it because it
has a good dial and a pair of hands that
will work on the clock on the left. The
clock is 5" high, 4.5" wide. $25-$50.
